Services may be delivered through GoHighLevel and related platforms.

3. Account Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your login credentials
• Be fully responsible for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Ovation Flow is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized account access due to your failure to secure your credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Ovation Flow services for:

• Illegal activities
• Fraud or deceptive practices
• Sending spam or unsolicited messages
• Harassment, abuse, or harmful communication
• Violating privacy or data protection laws
• Any activity that damages or disrupts our services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Payments and Billing

If you subscribe to a paid service:

• Fees are billed on a monthly basis unless otherwise agreed
• Payments are due in advance of service delivery
• All payments are non refundable
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services

You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Ovation Flow provides automation tools designed to assist your business.

We do NOT guarantee:

• Increased revenue
• Increased leads
• Increased conversions
• Specific business outcomes

Results depend on multiple factors outside our control.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error free operation.

We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by:

• Third party providers
• Internet failures
• Platform outages
• Technical issues beyond our control

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ovation Flow shall not be liable for:

• Lost profits
• Lost business opportunities
• Loss of data
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your use of the service is at your own risk.

9. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of your business and customer data.

Ovation Flow does not claim ownership of your data.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data.

10. Termination

You may cancel your service at any time.

Ovation Flow reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• Payment is not received
• Your use creates risk or harm

11. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Ovation Flow services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
